Our Extra-virgin olive oil from Majorca is produced from olives of the variety "Empeltre" or "Mallorquina", from over 150-year-old olive trees situated in a privileged area of the Organic manor farm Monnaber Nou, in the Sierra de Tramuntana and cultivated in dry land in a traditional and ecological way by the owners of the estate, the family Mayordomo.
